Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is concerned with unconscious psychological processes that play out within us in everyday life.
These unconscious forces often have roots in early developmental experiences and can manifest in anxiety, depression, or other significant difficulties.
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I am interested in working with you to help you identify and become more aware of unhelpful patterns in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space.
Psychotherapy with me will encourage reflection and active participation in order to promote the exploration of feelings and thoughts, both past and present.
It will promote self-awareness and assist with finding better ways of coping with difficulties, facilitating a more satisfying life.
